Judge Loretta Rush Selected as 108th Justice of Indiana Supreme Court

Governor Daniels announced this morning that Judge Loretta Rush is his selection for the 108th justice of the Indiana Supreme Court. Judge Rush is currently Tippecanoe Superior Court Judge, and she replaces Justice Frank Sullivan, Jr.
